Some Twin Cities cities — including Minneapolis and Saint Paul — require a Truth-in-Sale of Housing evaluation before selling. If you're listing in either city, contact us and we'll guide you to the correct service quickly.

No. A city-required TISH evaluation follows city rules and criteria. A full home inspection is broader and designed to help buyers or sellers make informed decisions. They serve different purposes.

Never. Our inspections are completely conflict-free. We don't sell repairs, refer contractors for compensation, or have any financial interest in your repair decisions. Our only job is accurate information.

Yes to both. Condo inspections clearly document what's inside the unit versus association-controlled components. New construction inspections catch issues before close and we offer 11-month warranty inspections as well.
